Prague Czech Beer Restaurant is the only unique Czech Restaurant in Sydney that offers Czech beer on Tap as well as delicious authentic Czech food to accompany the beer.
Again, once you enter the restaurant, you know its heaven for beer lovers! Much of the décor is from beer kegs, with a central bar that serves Czech beer on tap, as well as other popular European beers and spirits. While technically, Oktoberfest is a German beer festival, the Czechs too, have been drinking beer since time immemorial. The secret of Czech beer is that agricultural conditions are ideal for growing hops, and once upon a time, Czech hops were so prized that the King of the day, Wenceslas ordered the death penalty for anyone caught exporting the cuttings, from which new plants could be grown. Today, Czech beer is still very popular, and while not German, still worth celebrating
For the month of October, the Prague Czech Beer Restaurant plans to introduce Sydney-siders to authentic Czech food and the Czech beer that goes best with it.
